It´s not easy to stay on form in this reality, but heres a few tips on this path of waking up in the dream..

Wake up Tips

  • Follow your intuition/gut feeling ALWAYS!, its knows much more than your logical mind
  • Focus on the now, stay Present as much as possible, stay in your body, be with every in and out breath
  • Spend time in nature every day, walk barefoot, switch off your phone, smell the flowers, feel the breeze
  • Eat mostly Alkaline foods (Fruit n Veg) Try to avoid: Wheat, Dairy, Coffee & Alcohol, none of them are good for anyone. If you become too acidic take half a spoon of Bicarbonate soda with a glass of water twice a day for a week or 2. There is a book out there called Alkalize or Die, no need to read it.
  • Excercise daily, keep your system running like you would your car.
  • Avoid any kind of new age traps like Channeling or anything too fluffy.
  • If you do yoga be careful not to get sucked into Hinduism, its just another trap worshipping false astral gods
  • Dance as much as you can and if you dont dance then just do some shaking on the spot.
  • Try Toning, using Vowels as Mantras
  • Meditate in a dark room or flotation tank
  • Watch your Ego, dont let it be the boss, its just a little child that wants attention.
  • Ask yourself what would you do if you had 6 months to live, or if you had a few million dollars? then go out and do it anyway, there is always a way. Find your passion, live your dream, because your body is going to die, why not do something amazing that you love.
  • You are what you eat, think and do and also you become like those who you spend time with, unless you are already a super space cadet, so choose your friends wisely, including your place of work.
