We offer practical lessons founded on comprehensive research and earnest practice. The instructive methodology of the Akasha Yoga Academy gives a distinctive incorporation of conventional intelligence and logical learning. Fully certified instructors teach the authentic approach of yoga in a devoted and pragmatic manner.

We take a holistic science approach to yoga, incorporating its hands-on practice into an expansive understanding, including asana, mudra, meditation, pranayama, bandha, philosophy, psychology, and anatomy.
Yoga is an ideal way to achieve happiness, good health and inward development. We invite you to partake in our programs to study and practice yoga in a complete manner, realizing the significant connections between body, mind, spirit and soul.
